> Niertech Solutions — legal name Niertech Tecnologias e Sistemas LTDA, CNPJ 64.745.677/0001-31 — is a Brazilian software-engineering and IT-consulting firm headquartered at Avenida Paulista 1483, Conj. 1012, Bela Vista, São Paulo/SP, 01311-200. We build custom systems, infrastructure, information-security, and data-intelligence solutions for enterprises and the public sector. Two flagship products run in production today: **SIPLANP**, a multi-tenant SaaS platform for public-sector planning and management, and **NtNutri**, a school-nutrition SaaS aligned with Brazil's FNDE Resolution and PNAE Law (Lei 11.947/2009). Three corporate products complete the line: **NierBusyness** (corporate CRM), **Yorwha** (multi-channel messaging inbox), and **Magnum** (real-time analytics and supervisory).
